Sip of the Day: Get in Focus and Conquer the Flash

Titera’s Tidbit: Aperitif
At a formal French meal, an alcoholic drink meant to stimulate the appetite is served before dinner. Called an “aperitif”, it derives from the Old French verb aprire, meaning “to open”. Following wines and myriad goodies, the same meal will close with a “digestif”, a drink such as brandy said to be good for the digestion.
