Sip of the DayWays to Save on Dining

Titera’s Tidbit: Agritourism
Introduced into English only in 2005, “agritourism” owes to the Italian original agriturismo, describing a kind of travel in which a visitor spends time — whether a single meal or several days — on a farm to learn about the particular food made there or in the immediate vicinity. “Agritourism” is becoming widely popular in Europe, and its practice is slowly spreading to North America as well.
